Betsson has completed the purchase of Rhino Entertainment Group’s Canadian consumer division and selected technology assets. The transaction was finalized this week, concluding a previously structured corporate agreement between the two gaming operators.
The acquired portfolio encompasses Rhino’s established Canadian market operations alongside designated software tools. Integration of these components will proceed within Betsson’s existing North American framework.
Asset Integration and Operational Transition
Operational transition procedures are now active across the transferred business units. Management has confirmed that all current service commitments will continue without interruption during the handover phase.
